How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at support@forgedcrown.com and we will assist if possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Forged Crown currently ships within the United States only.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days — $9.99
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days — FREE
Do you require a signature for delivery?
Yes. Orders that exceed the carrier’s included insurance limit require a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase from loss, theft, or fraudulent claims.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify your delivery location
- Contact the carrier directly
- Email us at support@forgedcrown.com so we can assist where possible
Forged Crown is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Which items are non‑returnable?
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Engraved items
- Personalized items
- Custom‑sized items
- Made‑to‑order pieces
- Worn or used jewelry
- Items showing scratches, residue, or damage
- Items missing original packaging
- Sale items and gift cards
How do I start a return?
Email support@forgedcrown.com with your order number. If eligible, we will provide a return label and instructions.
Jewelry Details
What materials do you use?
Forged Crown pieces are crafted using high‑quality metals and stones. Product‑specific materials are listed on each item page.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Proper care helps preserve your jewelry. Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in their original pouch when not in use.
Are gemstones or moissanite stones identical?
Natural variations in color, clarity, and faceting are normal and not considered defects.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Some pieces may offer custom sizing. Custom sizes are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our sizing guide on each product page. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the item is eligible for return and unworn, you may return it within 30 days (restocking fee applies). Custom sizes cannot be returned.

Are your designs original?
Yes. All Forged Crown designs, images, and product photography are original and protected under copyright and trademark law.

The DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) protects our brand from unauthorized use of our photos, designs, and content. If someone copies our work, we can legally request its removal.
