Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and components included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our products are automotive care and detailing items, any product that has been opened, used or applied is not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of automotive detailing products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
